We do not assist consumers in disputing information they know to be accurate. We are not a law firm, and nothing on this Site constitutes legal advice.

No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee credit-score increases, removal of information from your credit report, or approval for any credit, financing, housing, insurance, or business funding. Approval decisions, rates, terms, and eligibility are determined independently by lenders and other third-party providers, not by Credit by Katia. Results vary based on each consumer's individual circumstances, and testimonials on this Site reflect individual experiences, not typical or guaranteed outcomes.

Your Right to Dispute Directly

You have the right under the Fair Credit Reporting Act to dispute inaccurate or incomplete information directly with credit reporting agencies and information furnishers, free of charge, without hiring a credit-repair company. You are also entitled to a free copy of your credit report from each of the three major credit bureaus through AnnualCreditReport.com.

Fees and Cancellation

Pricing depends on your specific situation and will be disclosed to you in writing before you enroll in any paid service. Where applicable, your service agreement will include the payment terms and cancellation rights required under the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA) and applicable state law.

Third-Party Services

Our Site may link to third-party credit-monitoring providers so you can obtain your own credit reports. These providers are independent companies with their own fees, terms, and privacy policies.
